Then, over the last few months the amount of people asking for classes for adults and kids was crazy. Soooo after I put out some feelers on our Facebook page and I got calls and messages with offers of spaces and enquires. Then about 3 days after I posted on Facebook a local artists group got in touch asking if I'd do a workshop with them and before I knew it I was saying yes. Well,l obviously I had a few 'Holy shit what did I do' moments untill I went down and did the first class and guess what??? I enjoyed it, not to mention the great feed back I got in the days after.

So, I decide to take up the offer of a space for a few weeks in the local library to do adult and kids classes :D:D:D and the day after announcing them places are being booked and theyre not even starting for a few weeks.

Here's the details

  Adults classes

  • Lanesborough Library
  • Six weeks
  • Wednesday evening 7 - 8pm
  • €10 per class, a little more if I'm needed to supply the materials

  Kids Classes

  • Lanesborough Library
  • Six weeks
  • Saturday morning 11 - 12
  • €10 per class, a little more if I'm needed to supply the materials

Wish me Luck and if you're in the Lanesborougnh area and fancy a class, dont be shy, get in touch!!!!!

Talk to you soon

Steph ;)

So heres a 2nd blogg, if that is what this is called. I really need to get in touch with this a lot more or enlist someone to help with it LOL.

So in the last while what have we been up to?  Well we sold some paintings  Yay and we have attended some fairs selling some of the upcycled items that Kev made like Hub cap clocks and crank shaft candle stick holders. we did at lot of face painting at the fairs to. Oh yeah, at one the fairs we nearly lost our tent as the wind was soooooo bad. But thems the joys :D

We were commissioned to do shop front murals on an old school building in the village of Cloontuskert Co Roscommon. We got to meet some really nice people and thankfully we had execllent weather and got the job done before the rain came again.

Mmmmm what else, Steph did a double portrait of Jax and Opie from the Sons Of Anarchy which got sent to California to a very happy new owner 8)

So, since I'm not great with this I'm going to sign off untill next time.

So, hey there. We are brand new to blogging and hopefully we will eventualy get your interest and keep it.

Well lets start with me introducing myself, Hi I'm Stephanie Hanlon. Otherwise known as Steph. I'm the one that does the drawing, painting, SFX makeup and face painting. Mind you our kids are starting to get good and some of them have been out at te larger events and parties helping with the face painting.

I guess we'll probably use this blogg to keep you updated on the different projects that we have going on and every now and then one of might mention things about normal daily life to.

I'm hoping to be busy and with that I really want to try to the our kids to help with the blogg and to keep updated the site.  Lets hope we can get the teenagers to move away from their phones and consoles.

Well, that's it for the first one, I promise I or we wll get better at this.

Talk to you soon.
